TERMS AND CONDITIONS
·For individual sessions, cancellations must have at least 24 hours in advance notice. A 50% non-refundable fee will be charged for any cancellation made prior to the 24 hours of the appointment commencing. The full amount of the fee will be charged if the cancellation takes place 3 hours before the appointment.
·Appointments can only be moved to another date twice. Upon rearranging a third time, the full amount will be charged.
·Refunds will only be given at our discretion.
